OGRE / GEV is currently out of print but you might find a copy on Ebay or hiding on a dusty shelf at your local hobby shop.
SHOCKWAVE, BATTLEFIELDS, the OGRE / GEV REINFORCEMENT PACK, THE OGRE BOOK 2nd Edition, GURPS OGRE book, OGRE SCENARIO BOOK I, and the OGRE Mk. V technical blueprint are all still available online (in dwindling quantities) from Steve Jackson Games website (which also has a good supply of OGRE miniatures including every OGRE from Mk I to Mark VI and the Paneuro Fencers as well).
The OGRE Miniatures book (pictured) is the first edition version and was rescued from a deep discount bin at the local hobby shop back in 1999 (where I paid $1.50 for it).
